Working From Home 101 - Getting Started

Brought to life by the pandemic the work from home movement is advancing fast and is here to stay.

For the first time the technology required to keep employees at home and effectively contributing to the company has become easy to setup and affordable, with a decent broadband connection being cheap and stable.

Very few surveys have show that going back to the office is what people want, in fact employees have become quite settled in their converted offices.  Some may argue that this isn't what employees signed up for when they joined the company to be working at home and that they should be merrily skipping back to the office desk with a smile on their faces satisfied that the real work can now start.  However, with the reduction of distractions, stressful commutes & a better work / home life harmony employees HAVE show that productivity is up, morale is up & the carbon boot print came down.

The work force are finding that there are now options out there, new job opportunities are popping up everywhere which include a Work from home or Hybrid option. 

If you are one of those people who want to make the change permanent, then your not on your own.
